Getting ped animation in the .NET ScriptHook

Hey, i'm creating my first .NET Script for GTA IV but I need to know get the animation a ped is playing. Since I can almost see no tutorial anywhere (or at least nothing where I can learn this), I'm posting the message here. I hope someone is gonna answer me soon, thank you.
