Luis and Johnny in base IV as pedestrians.

 

 

 

This mod aims to bring DLC characters into base IV as pedestrians and can randomly be seen spending their time in Liberty City.


The mod is included with an automatic OpenIV package and also a Manual Installation.

 

I am also planning to bring all story characters (DLCs and Base game), in base game as pedestrians so it looks like they ACTUALLY are in LC.

 

The characters are completely vanilla with no modifications and do not replace any pedestrians in game.
