Cant see anything in game its like theres no sun

Tried to playt gta today and saw a email saying my email was switched to one that is definetly not mine when i tried to recover my password. i was able to recover the account and change the password but when im in game my game looks like theres no sun and im playing in complete darkness, idk what to do, i contacted rockstar but i am trying to see if i can get a faster answer on here as to why this could be happening.

It might help if you provided more info. Like what are you playing on? Have you checked all of your settings?
