How do I bind a key to view Objectives in-game Oni 2001?

I know this is odd to post something like this in GTA forums but it's still an underrated Gem was made by Rockstar and Bungie in 2001

I was just playing this game today and I keep getting hints telling me to press F1 to view objectives

I pressed F1 more than twice and nothing happens, I even opened Key_config.txt file to rebind it but i couldn't find the line anywhere unless i know what it's called and add it myself manually it's simple but I just don't know what it's called (ex. Bind X to view Objective?)

I checked Oni's bungie website and guide for game controls but didn't find that line mentioned, I even checked Rockstar's promo site for the game and sadly it's for the PS2 version only not for PC port guide

anybody got any idea of how to rebind the view objective key to view my current objectives in middle of gameplay since that F1 doesn't work, I got F6 binded for screenshot tho so the F1 button is fine and not broken, it's just not recognized by the game i guess
