Game not counting my mission progress for 100% gold medal

I'm having some trouble with my GTA 5 digital version in PS4 regarding the medals in missions. Recently some specific missions are not giving me 100% with the gold medal even though I fulfill all the requirements. I repeat the mission, count the time and it fits just fine - sometimes even much earlier than the mission calls for - and even then the game doesn't count my progress. I've already tried creating different saves and replaying these missions in different save slots but it doesn't work and the problem continues. This has been happening frequently with at least 5 different missions. How do I resolve this? Please help me :(
