plugin-sdk don't make solution for code::blocks

Hello, World! I want to make my project using plugin-sdk, IDE CODE::BLOCKS. 

But when I start auto-install, and try make solution ( plugin.workspace ) he don't creating IT! ( Button "generate" in auto-install ). 

Then, I try to start plugin-sdk/tools/generate/CodeBlocks.bat to make it, but this don't work too. 

I have this error - 1644141559317.png

But i have "premake5.lua" and "premake.exe" files! the program does not find these files 

Help!
