Gta IV mission not starting!

Hey..So I have a problem...i wanted to start gta IV again from the beginning so i started a new game..but when I start Lil Jacobs mission...the cutscene happens normally but after that,loading screen is shown infinitely..

What do i do???

And btw i have EFLC as well..

I completed vlads all missions before lil Jacobs..

So is there anything related to the order of the missions??
