Well, if you look at the real Pontiac in the OP, you can see that the setup of the new Imponte is exactly like the real thing. Even the "Judge" had comparatively narrow tires compared to SA's Clover. And we still don't know, what 'elite performance upgrade' means... custom tire width and wheel fitment would be dope. If not done this way a sea of speed glitches will pop up in less than a week. Personally i dislike the rev limiter flag, it does make the cars sound deeper but it keeps killing the car engine in the most unexpected moments. If rockstar decided to use the anti boost one i have no complaints, but since they ever used it once is hard to see they using it again. I couldn't tell you. I just assumed the two games being made by the same company would be very similar with the coding and such. We can't forget that GTA Cars can open up, doors hoods, trunks, no clipping can be present there. Cars were also more "rigid" in their physics, if that makes any sense. Basically, I don't think there's a lot of ground work and quality to justify custom tire width with a small update like EnE. Like, I tried making the Gauntlet Classic better with V Stancer, and honestly couldn't adjust much unless I started really f*cking with the camber and track width. Hell, I'd really prefer the '68, the vent windows and different grille make it my second favorite Pontiac of all time behind the 1970-73 Firebird, but that's definitely asking too much I do expect the 1971 LeMans front end though, at the least, due to the use of one in the French Connection.
