There are actually many good graphics/reshade mods for SA or GTA V out there, which look natural and respect the original art style of the game. But yeah, there are also tons and tons of mods which look awful, don't fit the game, make everything shiny and bright, remove details like fog, increase the draw distance way too much, and look absolutely unnatural and destroy the atmosphere of the game. VisualV is the best in my opinion, huge upgrade over the terrible vanilla graphics.
