Sorry for asking here, but do we have topic about GTA San Andreas 1991 in this forum? I cant find it. It looks like a very intresting project while we waiting for the next GTA

The one thing I feel excited waiting for when the first trailer drops is seeing the Mapping Thread for VI come to life! Those guys that put together V's map just from trailers and official screenshots were amazing and it was always a rush when the real life building and landmarks were found. Might have to go take a trip down memory lane, can't believe I was a sophomore in high school for all that, time flies...

 

Looking forward to a possible new location for the franchise...

If it's 2024, then yeah. That's about half way. The previous two generations lasted 8 & 7 years. (although PS3 was 7 years, too, as it was delayed from 2005 into 2006)

Would definitely not say half way. We obviously don’t need to rush new console specs especially given current AAA titles aren’t burdened by them. I’d presume Battlefield and Cyberpunk are examples of the developers artistic decisions a long with over embellishments.

How long does it usually take them to launch the site for their games after the announcement? I wasn't around for GTA V/RDR2 announcement, did they launch GTAV.com right after the announcement?

When Lester goes to Paleto Bay to see Michael and Trevor it shows that an entire day passes meaning the distance to travel is longer than what we feel IRL.
I don't think there's more than that in HD San Andreas honestly, and if there is they must be pulling some France type of sh*t that has islands all over the world

San Andreas is definitely bigger San Fierro does exist probably more cities in Northern San Andreas. The map is  more of just southern San Andreas

There's only 2 times this year they will announce. Either in March or October. I hope for March but it seems October is their usual go-to date.

The site usually goes live the same day. But the full website goes live a few months before release and is progressively updated. Come announcement it'll just be a pretty simple page with a link to the trailer and a summary of the game.

Or a few days before an investor call…those are usually the times a major Rockstar announcement takes place
