guys I have a leak source information in terms of the protagonist, 

 

and in GTA plus plus which is the title of the next game, there are actually no protagonists and you play as a car.

Also, as much as I respect his involvement in the industry and the fact he does know people in there, he gets real pissy if you happen to try and challenge him or his beliefs. There's jokes all over social media, even from other game devs, about being blocked by Schreier lmao.

Rockstar wouldn’t add children into the open world. So 18 years old as the minimum. Wiki has 2 birth dates also, if 1965, he’ll be 24 in 1989. So if something is set in late 80’s it would be good to see him pop up 1 time.

Yeah most likely it will 1 protagonist however if they did decide to do 3 again it would be cool to have a whole story of all three being enemies and try to take each other out (Kinda like Omar , Marlo & Avon from the wire)

I'm trying to figure out the logic of Rockstar's position re. their announcement that they're abandoning RDR updates in favor of supporting the development of 'the next title'.

 

Unless I'm mistaken, it's unlikely that a significant number of people were involved full time in developing RDR DLCs. Even with scripting, mocap, soundtracks, developing new game missions, designing new interiors and assets, the legal and marketing etc., it doesn't require anything more than a fraction of the total project resource available from Rockstar's global workforce of 2000+.

 

I know this is a really crude analogy and it doesn't hold up to anything more than a basic comparison, but I'd speculate that a large DLC is very roughly equivalent in resources to the effort it would take a production team to make a single episode of a Netflix series, for example.

 

So if RDR updates are being abandoned, even though they were likely marginal endeavors anyway, then it really is an all-hands-on-deck situation for the next title. Which in other times might have been known as... crunch?

One Male protagonist would be enough. More detailed story, character background and animations which can change and adapt depending on weight, stamina and whatnot.

I was blocked by him after his comments about GTAVI being in early development.

 

I replied in agreement with someone Yan said but I got the block and Yan didn't.

 

I guess my internet points weren't high enough for me to bypass that.

If we got 2 protags i assume that they have to be close/tied.

And that the entire plot would be about their relationship.

I remember working with a major studio on promoting some of their films. 

To me it was just work and I also knew breaching the NDA I signed would destroy my career. The movies turned out to be global hits, though. 

 

I guess thats how most of the R* employees think about the situation.

 

Also to us its a game we've been anticipating for so long. To them, it's deadlines, hella stressful work days and having to keep a secret even to their loved ones.
