I meant a remaster/remake. R* should break the silence as we haven’t heard anything from them after GTA V release.

Yeah, that's totally possible. An RDR2 next gen remaster with RDR1 remake isn't out of question honestly.

Anything's possible. GTA Trilogy DE was teased on October 8th and released November 11th. The Kotaku article that first gave info on GTA Trilogy DE (iirc) also mentioned that Rockstar/T2 would do more remasters and remakes if the Trilogy does well, and afaik Strauss Zelnick said the sales exceeded their expectations so... it's very possible.

 

I think (read: hope) there's going to be a remaster or remake of either GTA IV or Red Dead Redemption, either this year or in 2023. It would give everyone something to play while waiting for GTA VI lol

Anyone else not really want a remaster for GTA IV? I feel like it would lose it's touch. It's graphics just adds to the storyline. The gloomy atmosphere adds to the serious, dark storyline.

I think better graphic would not change the gloomy atmosphere . I am not sure but i think that gta the ballad of gay tony has a different atmosphere that looks more friendly than gta IV

Yes, all three campaigns of GTAIV have different color grading, film grain intensity and such, based on the tone and theme of their storylines.

What did I tell ya man, people need to respect GUN more. This was the western game back in the day Revolver wasn’t really that popular. Shame that Activision didn’t make a GUN 2. I really hope that Activision Microsoft deal goes through so they can make a sequel possibly. Microsoft also has Christian Cantamessa over at the Initiative while things over there haven’t gone well they should try to keep him and have him work on a GUN sequel. A GUN sequel with Christian Cantamessa as head writer would be the exclusive to beat.

Haha I understand this feeling. It's like back in the days when we were expecting HL2:episode 3, 4 and 5 all in the same year like it was originally planned.
