Well obviously, every GTA is an upgrade from the last in the majority of aspects. It's just very common for Gamers to sh*t on new games and ramble about how the "old days" were better.

Everyone expected the GTA Trilogy DE trailer to be on GTA III's 20th anniversary and it happened, so.... let's now throw that idea into the trash bin yet?

I feel like Rockstar is too good to just let yellow license plates into the trailer for E&E. 

 

like nobody noticed it and it just got through.

I'd hope so. Especially hope they actually chase you in 6 unlike in 5 where they just spawn a few metres in front, try and crash into you, fall back and despawn. It gets very repetitive. Hoping it will be similar to the car chases in an indie game called Beware since those are really good

Come to think about it, it should be relatively easier to make a game with multiple timelines if it covers the late 90s + 2020s than the 70s/80s + 2020s.

In terms of map changes it would certainly be less extreme to have a part set in the 90's and another in current era, that's for sure. If you think back to your own cities, especially if you live in larger ones, there's probably been less major changes since the late 90's than since the 70's or 80's.

Yeah, that's exactly what I mean. The map changes should be much less drastic than a 80s to 2020s game.

 

I still think they'd cover only a single timeline, but if anyone is crazy enough to try and do multiple timelines in a game with the scale of GTA, it's Rockstar.

i wouldn't be surprised if there's an easter egg or an image from gta 6 (apart from the HOUSE) hidden somewhere and people have either written it off or just not found it.

That final scene in the very end of the credits of GTA TBoGT which shows a plane taking off and a V symbol on the runway...

Did anyone back then notice and mention that this could possibly be a teaser for GTA V? It's a very cool way to tease the next game, not gonna lie, but I would have NEVER thought this could be a tease for V lol.

At that time I don't think so but eventually people realised when the game was revealed to have Packie in it IIRC. Same thing with the pictures of LS in Max Payne 3 in-game advertisements.

who remembers the  cab missions when u have to drive for Derrick, i think this will be in gta VI, listen to all conversations hye have with franklin ! the mission is called "Cut You In" i'm 100% this is a refference to gta vi and the multiple city rumor

NYC in the 70's was ridden with crime. It would basically be GTA IV with an even stronger focus on The Commission and a weird Warriors flavors. Two games they've already done.

 

I'm all for LC being included, though. As long as VC is too.
