i dont think theyre gonna put gta v's map in gta 6 online. it wouldnt make sense cause gta 6 map would have so much more density in its inherent design. it would be like if they. brought gta iii's map to gtav. it would just feel kinda odd

I like the idea of creating a new universe, with a landlocked map, like RDR1. And then progressing with each new game and building the map further west. So start with Vice City in GTA VI, and then build north and west and do Liberty City and then build towards San Andreas, and everything in between.

 

A cool pipe dream, but not gonna' happen.

@Jabalous I always felt like they need to make the wind force more noticeable in videogames. There is a mission in Battlefield during a hurricane that looks pretty realistic.

I wonder why anyone would want to visit V's map again. If they'd put that in I'd fly over it once to see if they changed anything and then never go there ever again.

I don't think that will happen. Progress and money certainly won't (and why would anyone want that, takes away all the fun) and trust me, compared to VI's online characters, V's will look like sh*t.

Imagine if Rockstar actually trolls everyone and makes up some in-game lore, e.g. the company behind the project went bankrupt so the construction was halted. And over a decade later the building is still unfinished.

Why do people keep talking about remastering GTA V map for GTA VI? Did they remaster GTA III version of Liberty City when they were making GTA IV? Did they remaster GTA San Andreas version of Los Santos when they were making GTA V?

I mean, it would be true to life for a lot of these super-projects, lots of corruption within construction companies and what not.  For current GTA Online as cool as it'd be I don't see them finishing it because there's so much content over the years that happens inside those premises.

It's easier for Rockstar to announce RDR2's remaster on Sony's event than GTA 6, they announced both GTA 5's remaster and reremaster on it.

So, not gta 6 related but I've been following the Nurburgring 24h race and I noticed a car sponsored by Rockstar Games. At 30 minutes to the finish it's 1st in its class. 

I know they are used to be sponsoring for music or sports events but despite I've been following this race for 12 years I've never seen a R* car.

Being a car and Nurburgring-Nordschleife fanatic I consider this the best event I'd like to be a part of, and I find building your own team with some of your mates a really really nice thing. 

 

Now, don't go spamming on that page asking for info on GTA6, I posted this because I find it interesting

Rockstar has racing, skateboarding (in London, they have a huge ad in a skatepark) and cycling team sponsorships for an extremely long time now. Awesome to see tho!

Yeah, I remember being angry as a kid when Rockstar posted cycling races stuff rather than GTA 5 news, now I get angry just the same when I see something about GTA Online instead of GTA 6.

Also, the entire motorsport team is a bunch of people from R* North so that's umm... please be nice and don't make me have to remove it. lol. There are a lot of race-heads at R* North, especially in the vehicle art team, so that's cool to see that there's an entire racing team.

If it gets out of control go ahead and remove it! 

Considering the final result, finish about 75th on about 120 partecipants it's a very good results for a non-professional team! R*should reward them with a special livery on gta online!
