Could you imagine if R* just went all-out with an ARG? Clues in random videos, coordinates, codes, Morse code, etc scattered around their previous games (the TDE house anyone? ) and DLC, leading people to IRL locations or secret Twitter feeds or hidden videos, making people call numbers IRL to decode mysteries. So much crazy stuff lmao.

You joke but I think some devs have done IRL ARG's like this before. I can think of one, I think Red Lynx had a chest buried somewhere in Finland for one of the Trials games. I legit wouldn't put it past R* to one day just come up with some crazy ARG, even if fully online like some devs have done - Inscryption comes to mind.

redlynx has pretty much done the most insane easter egg if it turns out to be somehow true, keys hidden in multiple places all over the world, with one saying it would open something in 100 years 

 I hope gta 6 will be out by this time

If those coordinates were really a hint, which I am guessing is true ... I'm wondering why?

I mean, it's been over a year since that so that hint was absolutely meaningless. If you hint at something you have to show it some day aswell, rather sooner than later. 

 

Same goes for that "announcement" from earlier this year. Yeah, we know VI is in the works Rockstar. No sh*t. Completely useless information if we don't get a real announcement this year.

Maybe it confirms that main city for GTA 6 is Las Venturas not Vice City?!
And Las Vegas in 70s was something else!

The original plans for GTA VI was 

VICE CITY , Las Venturas and some place snowy with crazy ambience,  every building enterable . I'm pretty sure vice city and vegas is happening

Also if you think about it, Las Venturas definitely follows GTA Online's legacy and would do it even better. All the casinos, the organized crime, drugs, aliens, military sh*t... it's the luna park of cash printing

Vice City would be great, but honestly? Not as much potential as Las Venturas

Was going to post about that.

 

They also had Mexico city..

 

Anyway kidding aside it's safe to assume it's Vice City. We have countless leaks both official and questionable alluding to Miami. 

 

So i wouldn't worry about that.

I hope they include South America in some capacity though.

Yup!

Along with DJ Rampas 2020 first interview (it was in some foreign language but people translated it) talking about Rockstar giving devs Lamborghinis to drive, guns to shoot in the shooting range, and having them participate in parties in Miami.

DJ Rampas second interview stating he just came back from a Rockstar event from the Southeast area (Florida.)

 

The letter like you mentioned, along with the interview in that film Florida podcast show.(pretty much confirms it's legit).

 

Multiple inside people/publications stating that it's Vice City.(Tez, Henderson,Schrier in a indirect way, etc.)

 

The initial project Americas Leak(not the fake bs one). The one from the publication formerly known as "in the know".

In addition to that files named Americas were found in Rdr2, indirectly confirming that the project Americas thing is probably legit.

 

And other stuff i can't think of right now.
