V looked just fine on the PS3 and they did a great job porting it to the PS4. I know where all we sick of V because Rockstar has been milking it for nearly a decade now, but we're still talking about one of the greatest games of all time. Sometimes the hate for V goes too far around here.

I don't hate GTA V, I still play it from time to time. But I was just saying that the PS3 version looks pretty outdated. The PS4 version looks good though.

Of course the PS3 version looks outdated, it's nearly 9 years old !

Hate for V itself is almost non-existent, 99% of the hate is aimed squarely at GTAO and all that it has done to the franchise.

I don't hate GTA 5, it's not a perfect game, but I still love it, my problem is Rockstar milking it for almost a decade now without releasing a new GTA, but that obviously isn't the game's fault.

 

Anyway, speaking of GTA 5, its pause menu soundtrack is absolutely legendary, I wonder how GTA 6's will be.

I don't hate V or else I wouldn't have played it for so long. It's just that when you're stuck with something for so long you tend to see all its faults.

V itself is a good game, but it is far from "one of the greatest of all time". That award has to go to GTAO, if anything V related. As sh*tty as it is now, it is (was) a revolutionary experience with so much stuff to do if you are new to it and didn't have to play it for 9 years.

 

Trust me guys, it really hurt me to say that. I despise GTAO, I despise Los Santos and everything about it. I can't even play it for longer than half an hour without it sucking the will to live out of me.

But not because it absolutely sucks, but because it's been out for so long.

You know when I first started to get sick/bored of it? In 2016.

And that was before all the flying bikes and sh*t came out.

 

So sitting here, 6 years later and there's still no new GTA to play but V/O. Ugh. I understand it, I don't think they're keeping VI to themselves because they want to milk V even further. I understand that VI just isn't ready yet. But damn, could have at least put some effort into something like RDO.

 

I'm not tired or sick of RDO. I love RDO. I want to play RDO. But I haven't since the last update because there's just nothing to do. It's such a shame.

Same. I've always prefereed singleplayer over Online. Started to get bored in early 2016 after they decided to stop updating the singleplayer entirely. 2017 to 2018 just consisted of me occasionally loading into GTA Online for about 10 minutes before logging off again.

Haven't really played it actively anymore since 2019. It's always just starting up, walking/driving around for 15 minutes and turning it off again out of boredom because there's just nothing new to see/do anymore.

It's one of my favourite pause menu themes, along with GTA IV's. Woody Jackson and Tangerine Dream did an amazing job.

I hope GTA 6 will have a dark and deep story with some bad endings and + a secret and rare good ending!
It's just my opinion bad endings are more memorable!



+ I hope bad guys in GTA 6 will have more time and details than Micah Bell in RDR2... they showed him so weak but before the launch he looked like a bad ass guy!.... if you watch his background story and details in youtube... it seems really interesting!
Good guys are boring if they win easy!!!

I feel like it would be interesting if there is a really specific thing you have to do to get a ‘secret’ ending. The story should end badly for 99% of players first time playing imo

I mean, pretty much all GTA games are just the main character taking a bit to realize that they are, in fact, a mass murderer and don't have to hide from the big bad and can, in fact, just go and kill them.

I remember back in 2016, man it was headache for me, GTA 4 ran well but, GTAV in the other hand, I had to make everything normal so I can get the best performance possible, in story mode it ran at 40-50, but online wasn’t playable at all, it ran at 15-20 and due to ram being 4GB The world couldn’t load very well, so I had to move to console I’m afraid, but I had a lot of good time in story mode, never forget.

Exactly, the whole GTA 5 score is great, and speaking about pause menu themes, that's something I miss in RDR2, even though RDR1 don't have a specific soundtrack for its pause menu, it lets the ambience play when you pause it, but for some reason Rockstar left RDR2's completely silent.

On the RDR2 subject, even it is starting to get kinda boring for me now that it's approaching its fourth year anniversary, it's not RDR2's fault too, but you know how it is... Rockstar, we really need a new game!
