Scaling or resizing this dff skin

Anyone please help me resize or scale this skin dff model .. it's name is Whitebeard of One piece .. the skin looks so weird in game because it's the same height as normal peds xD but the character of Whitebeard in One piece is bigger .. please just increase the height of this skin ..but not so big .. just slightly taller or bigger than normal peds in GTA SA please
