Iron'az Posted May 25, 2003 Share Posted May 25, 2003 ok, i own vice city pc, i play it 25 hours a day, and because of ram, I have to restart my PC about 4 times a day. And sometimes, when i start the game, i load my save, and for example I wanna go and put some sh*t out of my ass, I press Esc and it doesn't work! or i wanna look to my stats, blaaaah! Vicetopia Posted May 25, 2003 Share Posted May 25, 2003 Esc has never worked? Or it did, now it doesn't? If it did before, why don't you try rebooting? I had this problem once. I just ALT+TAB out of Vice and then CTRL+ALT+DEL it, then I restarted the game and it worked. Also, I have to reboot every 1 hour to 1 hour and a 1/2 because of RAM, too. The makers never released a patch until 8 months after the game came out. It was crazy. Then again, the game was made in the Czech Republic. lol You are so wrong, Mafia ran beutifully on my old PC, 1.1Ghz, 128MB SDRAM, TNT2 32MB PCI so I don't know what problems you had, but Mafia to my has to be the best coded game I have ever played because the game looked great and was smooth as running on a pretty crappy PC as I said. Europe has very good game developpers, such as Digital Illusions, which make games that beat the crap out of any american made game. and MAFIA ran flawlessly for me, if you cant get your system straight, no need to shout at developpers. And for the others, I reinstalled the game, and the 'big' bug still has about 10% of times I load the game. and jeez, i think i still have some problems with english times, I need to improve myself Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
