justinlynch3
I was wondering if the Tatarin fit on Azov 3 slot flatbed. It did but the flatbed is barely wide enough. 10X10 Azov really is a great truck. Towing aTatarin on it's back and pulling a Navistar behind. Two heavy vehicles and the Azov just motors like a champ. DarksunDaFirst
I just got into this game but I can't keep a steady game session going due to frustration from tipping constantly. I'm conflicted because I have a couple friends who play, but they're so far ahead of me already that whenever they join my session - I end up using nothing that I have OR they haul everything and I f around. Whenever I play solo, I suck and get frustrated and quit.

The game isn't a racing game, you should take sharp corners gently and you need to be careful of changing elevations. You want to keep your truck on the level as much as you can, and try to tackle hill by going straight or straight down. Don't be afraid to use your low gears either to maintain steady power and momentum climbing a incline or going in mud, or to stop your truck running away and speeding down a hill. Engine breaking with low can sometimes be more effective then braking. While in Low or Low+ your brake is also just a brake that stops you. It doesn't throw you into Auto-Reverse like braking while in Auto. You can find and recover the White Western Star in Smitville Dam (second map of Michigan) which is one of the more stable trucks in the game. It should help with tippy, but you still need to drive carefully and sensibly. The White Western will be one of your best trucks until you get to Taymir and star getting Russian trucks. The Derry Longhorn you recover in While Valley Alaska should be a pretty stably truck to, but you need to work around with it's low ground clearance as I recommend always keeping the middle drop axle in the lifted position. Putting it down really doesn't help and only leads to you getting stuck a lot.
justinlynch3
This was my plan for the other day. Got sidetracked with GTA business, but I was able to put it into action tonight. This was the last two trailers I needed to recover, that means Maine is officially done.
justinlynch3
You know the more I drive around the Apache the more this truck actually tends to surprise me. Apparently for as crap as it is in Auto, High, or even Low+. When you put it into Standard/Medium Low, this truck all of a sudden seems capable of clawing it's way though just about anything. Like this mud pit in North Port, even sticking to the edge there are a good few trucks in the game that can't get though this mud without a winch. Doesn't matter if you use Low, Low+, etc, they just won't go. But the Apache, abid slowly but still, it can just crawl it's way though there under it's own power.
