It is supposed to be a mass grave. Theories say that it's a work of a serial killer. Some have said that it might be related to the host of K-Rose who has allegedly killed several of his husbands.

Before I learned any lore, I just came to the conclusion that it was a mob grave. After all, Las Venturas is right next door.

In the SA: Introduction film there's a scene where two mafia members are digging a grave for a third one. I have not done the exact location comparison, but the most common theories are:

- It's the grave that mafia dug

- It's a grave that a serial killer known to roam the area dug to hide his victims (this theory emerged first)
