Does PC version will have E&E update?

Yes, that's how zelnick thinks. On the other hand consoles will get better frames and better visuals and what will pc players get which would be new if we go by that trailer to warrant another purchase for the same game?  That's right, jack sh*t. 

 

For the people who think that they gonna improve performance, perhaps if we deal with same visuals, if they change graphics like textures or shaders or whatever else, game will run worse on the same hardware for sure. Even with same visuals on pc as of now i'm not confident that they not gonna mess optimization and won't care, just buy better hardware to run same game like it was before bro.  

Look at the failure that it was defective edition and it's enough not to be excited and confident in the optimization of improved visuals if there are any...

Funny that so many people still have enough faith in R* to hype themselves up just to be let down yet again. 
 

The game is old as f*ck, broken as sh*t and made for the damn PS3. The only way to fix that is to get off their asses and make a new game.  They won’t though so instead they will do some hacks to the already hacked PC version so that it looks prettier compared to the hacked version on PS4 that was a little prettier than the broken from the start PS3 version that started this whole f*cking mess.

You clearly don't understand how PC gaming works. Such things must be free on PC, not to fragment the consumer base, we don't have generations here with seperate lobbies and such.

 

PC version is already outdated in some regards like CPU cores usage, and we could use things like faster cars since even most 7200 RPM HDD's have no problems with crazy speed (as PC mods have shown)

Thanks to the coinminers, display cards for gaming are now selling in irrational price, can u imagine a 2017 display card is more expensive in 2021 than in 2017?Plus, the GTA 6 should be in progress(?) 

It would more likely R* will do a minor upgrade to pc ver....

Thing is unless they change visuals like updated textures, new singleplayer content like story dlc or something, they can't ''justify'' selling same game on PC platform as we already have it. Even charging for upgrade would be outrageous as there is nothing that can be perceived as upgrade to warrant purchase on PC. Consoles get 60fps or more, better visuals while PC don't get anything that  can't already have potential to achieve depending on the hardware that player owns. Yes, R* don't give a flying f*ck, they don't have competition and they could sell the same game again, but even that failure of defective edition have upgraded visuals to at least be classified as somewhat different game. I doubt E&E will get same treatment judging by the last trailer, so i'm really curious how snake oil salesman will peddle E&E purchase for PC.

PC players would be then forced to buy again in order to continue character progress and playing future content as future updates wouldn't be supported on older PC version if E&E would be counted as completely separate and new PC version. But what would they say then? That PC players have to pay for character transfer or future content support when that wasn't the case in the past as every update was free as long as player owns GTAO. Nothing surprises me from R* anymore, so we'll see...

Yeah they do. Like you said us console players can play just fine but PC players can't. I don't think PC players should be charged again for a game that looks a bit better but can't be played in public sessions because of hackers.

Good to hear that, but also disappoints R* is lazy to fix some bugs. Only some modders can improve game stability just like did some dude which one increased speeds of loading
