Cayo Perrico screen error

Hi there. I’ve got this thing when i get to Cayo Perrico, after a short time of walking around, the screen freezez and i get a screen error. Alt-Tab, Ctrl-Alt-Del dont work at all. I have to te start my pc. Picture Below

Now im getting the same screen when im playing the Dre final mission. At the end of the mission it appears every time

Have you installed the GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition rain mod?

Nope. I have a cracked San Andreas Definitive but i dont use any mods for it.
