I have already completed Vigilante mission above level 12 in GTA San Andreas, but still my armour level is not 150

 As far as I seen in the internet, after finishing level 12 on vigilante mission in GTA San Andreas, Armor level will increase to 150%. But I have already crossed the level, I haven't still got the armor health updated. Here's the image proof

Armor bar won't extend like the health one, it should just decrease slower when taking the damage.
