3ds max Car exporter problem! Help!

The problem is that video shows one nice smooth reflection. But the other is something pure plasticine and not beautiful. How can you solve to be as beautiful as another? Is there a solution for it? Who knows, I would thank you! I use 3DS MAX 2016 kam's script is about 2009 but old.
