Fix for disappearing vehicles inside garages?

I went to great lengths, in order to acquire some of the special vehicles, especially ones presented in your wonderful guides. Yet some of them, randomly disappear, even though i avoid mistakes, like:

 

Speeding quickly past garage

Leaving before witnessing door close

Thieving pedestrians entering garage

Averting gaze from garage's contents

 

Especially the San Fierro story acquired garage, is a real stinker! Hasn't anybody offered a fix for that pain, throughout all those patches and mods, up to now?

You can spawn a big variety of vehicles in your garage using the trainer 113 with the minimal options to customize them.

Doherty in particular, and other garages near a road where you might need to drive by quickly, should be stuffed full of vehicles. The garage door can't open for a car if it's already full, and cars can't disappear if the door can't open.

 

Note that flying over a garage at any altitude is enough to cause the garage to open, if it's not full.

Ah. I always fly near the ground, so now i realize the cause. Didn't know that flying near a garage could open the door too, cause flying is too fast for you to notice, while some missions even demand low height flying. Thank you both! Even after all those years, i keep learning new things about this masterpiece of a game, every now and then. If it had not cars disappearing, if it had better draw distance during flight (obstacles suddenly popping up out of nowhere before you can even react) and if the game was completed (cut content + beta stuff restored), then it would certainly be the best game of all time!

@TruthRocks actually i can mostly say thay there is no such thing as "Disappearing".. all the cars inside of garage are usually registered if registered correctly (for example some vehicles needs to be registered by open/close garage door once) in this case you must stay away from any garages including impounds, save the game if you have to and use this savegame editor in order to recover..

In garage tab you may still find your cars properties (like bulletproof or color id) all you have to do is choose the right model id from the list and press apply button.. your car should be back
