Flies near bins. Every time people say there are no animals in the game, I'm like... flies, guys.

 

People commenting on your appearance. Sometimes I forget what I wear, eat etc, and some ped tells me I'm fat or stinky. It's funny.

 

There are many more, which I can't remember now... These two are the ones I could remember straight away.

On that note, CJ's dialogue changing depending whether he is ghetto, fat or rich. If he is fat he will drop lines like "lunch money" and "shut up and give me something to eat" whereas if he is rich he will say things like "I dress good but I am still a maniac" or "this ain't too fancy". And that's every dialogue he has with NPCs, not just attacking, responses to compliments/insults or picking up money. It also extends to getting busted or interacting with prostitutes. I really like this.

 

Another thing that not many people know is that OG Loc and Madd Dogg themed T-shirts change their prices depending on who is the more popular at the given moment in the storyline.

 

There is also an ATM in Las Venturas that NPCs use.

Everything costs more money in Las Venturas compared to the other cities, there's like a 10% increase in expenses.

 

The radio DJs talk about the weather and other things as well, for example if you don't see Denise for a while Hulio G talks about her calling into the station and missing CJ. WCTR will frequently update depending on where you're at in the story.

 

I think it was cut from the game, but various pedestrians seem to know CJ, like the police biker and rival gang members.

It wasn't cut, gang members definitely know CJ but you will only hear those lines if they manage to kill CJ. They will say things like "I killed Carl Johnson" and stuff like that. I haven't heard the police biker before though.

The radio DJ's Julio G and Fourth Right MC dissing each other left and right on their prespective stations are still one of the funniest things I've  listened to in SA's radio, lmao. R* always made the West Coast vs East beef very detailed in this particular gta.

One of those Motorbike officers mention Carl's name only upon getting arrested by them. CJ himself seems to be a well known documented gang leader (second behind Sweet) and (outside of CRASH intel) as there a few instances where they recognize Carl for who he is after getting busted. The dialogues are bit on the rare side depending which of the 2 or 3 different voice dialogs are used within the model that spawned at the time of CJ's arrest. 

 

OT: From the top of my head much older cars like the Hermes have hidden gas tanks that are located behind the license plate instead of  regular vehicles that have them on the side. There's a few other old vehicles that have this feature. Always thought that was a neat little detail by R* themselves.

If you use tear gas on a group of people and stealth kill one of them with a knife, all of the tear gas affected npcs will magically have their throats slit

Hulio G still says that regardless Denise CJ's girlfriend. They don't really mention CJ. Denise is a needy f*ck

On the topic of radio DJs, sometimes they will comment on certain in-game events once you a complete certain missions. For example: once you finish 555-We-Tip, the DJ on K-DST will call the DA an asshole for not sharing all that weed.
