Need Help changing opcode for different controls

I'm trying to change the opcode to 00E1: key_pressed 0 <12> but Everytime I use SCM Key Changer it gives me a error saying "No Key Code Found" here is the mod file to download that is giving me problems please help I don't understand opcoding https://fileservice.gtainside.com/downloads/ftpl/1596565434_Smoking.rar

Also I'm using Sanny Builder 3 to enter the opcode.
