Alex001 Posted January 17 Share Posted January 17 I want to edit some whm files for GTAIV and after doing some research, it seems that only old versions of OpenIV (probably the versions before 2011, 0.9 or something) are capable of this job. The problem is I can't find them, I only found some old installers by Google but they will automatically download the latest version, so they don't help. Could anyone provide any clue to this? Thanks in advance. Have you had any luck with this so far? The only thing I've been able to figure out is texture editing for pre-existing websites in-game. Opening the .WHM files in an editor gives you a compiled or encrypted mess, with no clear way to decompile, at least from my research. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
monq Posted August 19 Share Posted August 19 You can create a firewall rule to not allow OpenIV to access the internet. That way it won't update anymore.
