How do I sort GXT2 files in chronical order?(PC version)

Hi.

I'm using PC version and VPC GXT2Editor,Excel tools.

and I'm translating the GXT2 file for Japanese mistranslations.

The GXT2 file is a subtitle file, but it is arranged according to the hexadecimal system, not chronologically.

 

for example

in GXT2 file,

 

0x00    ~z~Hi

0x01     ~z~ bye  

0x02    ydslrkhqtfkl

0x03   ~z~How are you?

0x04   [email protected]

0x05    [email protected]

0x06   [email protected]

 

I want to remove irrelevant strings and sort "Hi"--"How are you?"--"bye" order. 

 

If it is not in chronological order, the translation process will be significantly slower and very stressful.

 

I saw this topic for reference.

but,the PC version was not supported.

 

Is there any way to put the subtitles in chronological order somehow?
