Is there a way to get the models of my Online character?

I tried to find the files but I don't know where they are. I tried to use Ninja Ripper too but when you run the gta5.exe it says that I need to run the game by the rockstar launcher. I get the idea by this video on youtube: "Putting my GTA Online character into VRChat".

Someone could help me?
