Recover Valuables has enough of a lead that I can shift my votes towards a second place entry. I enjoy the Rescue Operation because they are quick and easy and not frustrating. I always just take the Agency helicopter, fly to the location, quickly headshot the baddies, and fly out of there. I never have any problems, even at the dam when you have to land in the stream below. At that location I land pretty much on top of the baddies, shoot them up, then fly away no problem. Helicopter skis keep the engine out of the water so it won't die. I also enjoy landing on the roof near the safehouse and falling into the yellow corona to finish the mission. It also helps that I have the Agency nearby for the quick return.
