And as stated, VPA, LR, and restored peds all have easy to follow guides on what to edit. So as a basis I would start with potential grim most of the time and add changes there. I was reading what TempUser was talking about, as thats what i expected to encounter, but i haven't actually tried anything yet, i am getting stuck into it now, using the readme and notepad++ For me, i also have some other mods i want to ensure don't overwrite files like Scenario, so i just need to gather them all up and merge them. The issue is there are lots of files to check and compare as TempUser mentioned, just time consuming, and requiring some care. Okay mine attempt was bit different when it came to merging, took GRIM files as main one, and edited it with different lines and missing lines. Noticed that certain files have limits in certain groups, like 32 records. Shame that we don't have some extensive debug tool to track down where issue relies. Looks like it's just an result when novice tries to combine multiple mods with bunch of conflicting files. As conclusion I will stick with LibertyRush and thats all. Spoiler After a while gave another shot and and added VPA, as there is not much to do when it comes to merging. And noticed tiny stutters started to happen way to frequently, save file was before mission "First Date", where game introduces activities and benefits with friends. During cutscene locations are changed few times, and loading between these sections are way much longer. Okay, that's was on me, during tests Windowed mode was enabled, and it changes VSYNC stuff I guess, and because of that game was running 150FPS, and stutters occurred because of that. (Grim was abandoned at the moment) Spoiler And on rare cases it crashes What I have noticed 1) with this combo peds CAN despawn quite quickly behind player, maybe it was similar in vanilla, but sometimes gets very noticeable. Possible to adjust such spawn/despawn distance for all peds at once? Have an video where NPC started to shootout with cop, and simply by running few steps and moving camera away, cop disappeared. 2) wanted lever zone sometimes is stuck on player during 2 stars, while on radar cops are far behind. Not sure why it's like that. 3) have seen few dudes with clapboards, but none of these moved. 4) seconds encounter with Brian near Roman apartments, triggered mission, after cutscene NPC was missing, thought okay, and was searching for car as game suggested, once found and entered, game crashed. Probably due to person was missing. How possible that due to disabled DrugDealerFix game still can crash by spawning drug dealers? 5) Romans cars sometimes spawn in middle of the road, and not exactly in their line. 6) Buses, looks like can drive through building. I know what you mean but it's just a current limitation of the code, I'm not sure I can do anything about it. Darkskies197 Posted October 10 Share Posted October 10 What an amazing mod! I installed Rush last night and just started a new game. My game is a lightly modded downgraded 1.0.8.0 version. I wasn't having any issues until the Jamaican Heat mission. When the shooting starts in the alleyway my game crashes to desktop. Happens every time, same time. First thing I tried was to remove the carjackingproject.asi and my game stopped crashing and was able to complete the mission. Has this happened to anyone else? I'll comment again if I encounter any problems, but that may seem unlikely due to the unique combination of mods I've installed which may make it harder to deduct what's the actual cause of those potential problems later in my playthrough. Yeah, installing IV + EFLC map mix essentially makes my saves broken without it along with EFLC Vehicle Addon Pack excluding Liberty Rush. Regarding about the delayed sounds for vehicles, I encountered that problem even without EFLC Vehicle Pack. From what I know, it randomly happens if I either set a high budget in RIL.Budgeted or added a lot of vehicle entries in SimpleTrafficLoader's ini file. Some cars and bikes initially have no engine sounds, but then they come in (e.g after switching radio stations or rotating the camera a bit, or restarting the vehicle). Sorry, I've never merged EFLC and IV vehicles together, that's why can't say anything here ( This one must be a bit different from mine. Probably should take and upload a couple of screenshots here or over there if I don't forget lol Coming back to update that I decided to uninstall and reinstall the game (again) with the same mods, but this time I added Restored Pedestrians and Beaten & Bruised to the mix. Made it back to the last mission I've completed before uninstalling (Clean Getaway), and so far no issues encountered besides the error for loading DrugDealerFix.asi when starting up the game. I have game version 1.0.8.0(downgraded complete edition) Mods installed are: Liberty's Legacy Trainer, fusionfix, zolikapatch, HD trees/roads, HD weapons and sounds and only one vehicle replace mod for the polpatriot. Unfortunately I had to remove the .asi's from my game folder from Libertyrush. Something crashes my game. I thought I had it running good last weekend until I try and play today. I'm definitely bummed because I like this mod. I wanted to take some screenshots of my directory as well.
