Although the development of the game is chaotic,rockstar is having a lot of issues with the story of the game,but rockstar is still planning to announce the game this year,The planned date to announce the game is currently set for 29th of October on the 20th anniversary of GTA VC,Although it might be delayed because the development is all over the place.The game is set to release in the Q4 of 2023 to Q1 2024.
