Aiming problem in Vice City

I have a problem with Vice City which i couldn't figure out, after downloading a few mods in VC i noticed that the crosshair only appears when i hold RMB, this started to happen after downloading the Vice City Leftovers fix and even after deleting it the problem still occurs, this also happened in GTA 3 when i downloaded Liberty City Leftovers fix but the problem just disappeared after uninstalling the mod
