GTA VICE CIty Sound Problem

i can't hear the LOUD Bang when i fire a gun.......i can only hear sound when the bullet hit's something but not the LOUD BANG

 

 

....when ppl on the street is talking... what i hear is like you're talking in an open space.... and then you hear the ECHO

 

my soundcard is integrated into my NF7-S mobo... nvidia nforce

ppl sugested me to switch of EAX.... but i don't know how
