Carcano Sights and bandolier complaints

Undoubtedly this has been said by a lot of other people, but ffs why can't we use the Carcano's iron sights? It even has them, they're right there. Why do I have to use the scope? 

Also: why don't bandoliers allow you to carry more ammo. You know, like they do in real life....that's literally their purpose.

For balancing, which is weird given we’re stuck with meme cards that disregard it anyway, but an iron sight Carcano is superior to the Bolt-Action Rifle in every conceivable way. Better firing speed, one additional bullet, higher damage, and perfect accuracy + extremely long range, though the latter two are due to it being coded as a sniper rifle.

I would assume if you used iron sight - the accuracy would instantly drop.

 

Magically, scopes in this game give 100% accuracy at all ranges regardless of gun.

 

I use a Litchfield at range with a scope and will lay every shot on a penny at 200 yards with a scope while running side-to-side…
