What game functions would you be willing to give up?

I keep thinking about how complex things are and what I would love to give up if they could give us better content. Giving up fast travel would be one thing to get customisable coaches or wagons with the option to have an NPC or yourself of driving. I think it would improve the economy of the game and increase gold purchases.

I'd gladly give up defensive mode and the daft top trump 'ability' cards - In return for lobby choice and job hosting freedoms. Fair trade!

 

Open world/sandbox type games should offer more freedom and choice, not less. More reasons for more types of player to play and there's more customers that'll potentially buy gold.

 

And them petty cards are just childish. At least give the option not to have them without the game nagging that I've an empty spot.

Fast travel has it's merits, maybe get rid of the posts at the stations and instead keep the ones that are in the camps? But if they offer an eight team coach where I am allowed to customize everything from the shade of the wood, to the leather of the harness, to what horses are pulling it. I might be more inclined to get rid of the fast travel all together. 🐴🐴

But I don't know if I would want something like that unless the wagon/horses are either indestructible, or we have our own private servers.

I agree, sure it takes longer to get through the animation, but there was just something cool about the character kicking or pulling the body over to get to the pockets. 

 

Personally I think that there are too many animals running about, I think they should lower the numbers significantly.
