Has anyone attempted to do a mod for 3 that reconstructs Beta North Portland now that we know what it was?

As revealed by him, the cut area in North Portland(that was commonly speculated to be a Prison), was two buildings, a Nuclear Power Plant, and a chemical plant.

No, that's trying to entirely restore beta GTA, astethic and all. I meant JUST adding back on the missing area to Portland
