Anywase, does anyone know how to mod, because I would like it if someone could make a different hummer for the game... One that looks more real. If not, thanks anywase! And asking how to mod in the general vice city chat isn't going to get you many replies, anyway I doubt anyone can actually tell you how to mod a game through a forum.
