Restarting story mode but without losing guns and money

For people who don’t know, I found out once you beat the game Days Gone for example, you can actually replay the whole story and have the option to do it without losing your accomplishments, weapons and skill levels. Is this possible to do with GTA-5? I’m really wanting to play the story mode of GTA-5 again for the third time but I never thought to try and see if you could actually replay it with all the money, guns and skills after beating it the first time.

The only way is with cars. In your completed game, apply modifications to Michael, Trevor, and Franklin’s cars, then once you make the order immediately make a new game, complete the Prologue, then once you gain access to a character’s car take it to the LSC to finish the order.
