Gta san andreas crash when i put cleo

So i faced another problem in gta san andreas.

The problem is that whenever i put a cleo mod it just crashes while loading i tried to reinstalling gta and it work but when i put my cleo mod again it crashes i tried to remove any modification from my cleo folder and is still crash meanwhile when the first time i download cleo i didnt work beacuse my gta version is 1.01 so i download gtasa.exe US version 1.0 and it work but now it didnt please help.

 

My cleo version is 4.4.0

my gta san andreas version is V1.01 (but i downloaded GTA SA.EXE US VERSION 1.0 so my cleo will work)
