NPCs disappearing

Hello guys,

 

So my problem is that when I install car mods with OpenIV some NPCs disappear, a few examples: StripClub (cashier, bartender, strippers, dj), Ponsonbys assistant (consequently the shop is closed, unable to enter)

 

I tried to find the source of the problem, this happens after I modify the update.rpf file. If I delete the mods folder, the issue disappears.

 

OpenIV version is 4.0.1

Game version is also the latest, 1.0.2545

 

Edit:

Problem solved, dlcpacks folder shouldn't be copied to mods folder, only update.rpf
