Game crashes after about a minute when Effects Loader is installed

(dang, it's been a while since I posted here lol)

From what you've read from the title, my game crashes after playing for a minute or two of playing GTA:SA.

Yes, I got familiar with the modloader, limit adjusters, etc., and there is this one mod called Effects Mod, which adds cool effects to your game.

But, back to the topic, I installed the following mod, started up the game, and played for a little bit, my game suddenly froze, and crashed. I have honestly NO IDEA what is the reason for such crashes, but there must be something with the Effects Loader, since when I take it out of the modloader folder, the game works just fine!

Does anybody know a solution to fix it?

Help is appreciated!
