GTA 5 Infinite Loading Screen Issue (Steam)

Hi guys. So i just bought GTA 5: Premium Edition on Steam. It installed fine. When it's done installing, I clicked play, And i finished all the required steps. However. When the game loads. I clicked 'Story Mode' And guess what... Instead of proceeding to the game after the Loading Screen... The Loading Screen didn't end. I left it running for about 2-5 hours. And nothing seemed to proceed. I just got an issue called "Infinite Loading Screen" I know this is a common issue. But guys can you help me fix this? If yes. Then just tell me.
