Car color turn into white after downloading car mod

So i just downloaded a mod for swat van i put the txd file and everything into the gta3.img

then i started the game but when i see my swatvan is just white doesnt have any colours

 

Please help me. ( i also have download another swat van mod but the result still same)

Because original swatvan not support colors but that mod support. You must open carcols.dat with notepad and search for swatvan. 

Swatvan, 1,1, 2,2, 3,3, 6,6

I already did that but its still white

Than author forget to put paintable material inside dff file.
