SebKle78 Posted January 5 Share Posted January 5 (edited) Are you in passive mode? When you are in passive mode you can still call Franklin and request a payphone hit. You get the symbol on the map, the phone is ringing, you can take the call and the cutscene starts. You will have subtitles but no sound. You can skip the cutscene but the payphone hit won't start rendering you being stuck in a not playable freemode event. I will restart it and it will still keep doing it it’s really annoying because It’s good money but it only works about once or twice a day.
