casino music locker not working for me i am 58lvl, i have pethouse. I still cant buy kosatka and in music locker i dont see any mision to talk wich him

I dont know the exact details but apparently something changed with 'the contract' dlc, you need to go his mansion now?

imo the music locker was a nonsense decision to add to the game considering we already have clubs.  They clearly shouldve just added that club content to our clubs to bring them alive again.   Also,  adding a club to the casino imo doesnt seem fitting.  Prize fighting wouldve been perfect under the casino.  Casinos hosting prize fights and people being able to bet on them is a thing in Las vegas.

First, you need go on Miguel's house (There is a palm tree icon with an "H") then you should find it in Music Locker
