There's also a black version from there but doesn't look like there's a red version, at least according to the GTA wiki which has pictures of all the clothes in each shop. Just looked at them all and didn't see it anywhere https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Zip/Clothing_in_GTA_San_Andreas Maybe other people modded it.
