Icenhancer 3.0 poor cutscenes

So im new to mods i installed  icenhancer and looks great  in gameplay. However  cutscenes are awfull... like super  bright and a bit stutter here and ther . Any help would be great.  Im useing a rog strix scar 17 with a ryzen 7 5800 and rtx 3070
