What is the difference between Toshiba-3`s GTA 1 Max Pack and GTA 1 Ultimate Edition?

Hi ya`ll. So i was about to download Toshiba-3`s GTA 1 Max Pack from here: https://archive.org/details/GTA1MAX And i heard it was much better than the 

broken Steam release. And before i went to the archive.org site to download the Max Pack. I noticed that there`s another Pack called 

'Grand Theft Auto - Ultimate Edition (Windows 10 Compatible)' And i don`t know what`s the difference between the Max Pack and the Ultimate Edition. 

Guys if you know the answer. Just let me know. Thanks ya`ll

Aren't they the same? I think "Ultimate Edition" is just the Max Pack with a different name.

From what I remember, it also creates a desktop short with its own icon. Other than that, there really is no point in downloading it when the Max Pack is the same. You can download it if you want, I won't stop you, I'm just saying I downloaded it before. Anyone else wanna comment, to prove me wrong? I could me misremembering it for a different "Ultimate Edition".
